The 4 transnational training courses in CYSD aimed to provide youth workers with knowledge, key competences and educational tools related to youth work, project management, fundraising, leadership, human rights, digital communication, and community development in general. Through using a non-formal, intercultural, and creative learning process, each training course engaged participants from the partner countries in CYSD in peer and cooperative learning, analysis of community experiences and case studies, field visits, dialogue and intercultural exchange, non-formal education etc.

Project Cycle Management and community development
In Palermo, partners had the opportunity to learn about the key aspects of the design and life cycle of a project, to design new opportunities and services to foster the development of local communities in their respective countries in Europe and Africa.

The training in Tamale mainly focused on:
- Building youth leadership skills and general community awareness
- Soft skills and interpersonal skills, including communication and team building

The TC focuses on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UN CRC) and its application into practice and community work. From child recruitment in armed forces to gender-based violence, addressing these issues is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy future for all children in Kenya.

The training in Palermo mainly focused on:
- Getting basic information on existing fundraising methods
- Evaluating own level of fundraising readiness and main opportunities to collect funds
- Using digital storytelling as a tool for fundraising in online environments and 21st century societies
